Jira 8.2.1 compatibility -- Assign & Escalate for Jira

We are planning an upgrade and need to know about compatibility of plugin named Assign & Escalate for Jira ( "addon-com.edwardawebb.jira-assign-escalate" )

Anyone using this plugin on Jira 8.2.1?

According to the Marketplace listing the app is not supporting 8.x, the last version it supports is 7.13.3. Since it has not been updated in almost 3 years, I would guess that there are no plans on making it compatible with 8.x. Jira 8 changed the way it indexing things, so all your apps needs to be updated. When I did a test upgrade we had some old apps that were not supported on 8.x so I had to uninstall them in order to be able to complete the upgrade.

Thank you Mikael... I was wondering why the latest release of this app was from 2016 but it says that support a Jira version that was released on 2018.
