Must Big Gantt and WBS gantt be added for all users?

We want to add Big Gantt or WBS gantt to our Jira Software server, I would like to konw if it has to be installed for ALL current JIRA users or it can be limited/restricted to the ones that really need it.

Hi Alica,

Unfortuatatally, WBS Gantt chart Jira plugins cannot be restricted/ limited to a certain user.
Moreover, the plugin license must match to the maximum tier of the licensed Jira product on your instance. And the price listed in Marketplace is for per year.

You have to licence and install it for the highest tier of users for the Applications you have.

For example, if you have 10 Service Desk Agents, 100 Core users and 250 Software users (i.e. potentially 360 total users), then you will need a 250 user licence for the Apps.

Whether you can then configure who can use it is up to the plugin.  Last time I looked, they didn't have anything to stop people using them.
