Hi there,
im not sure if it is possible and havent found anything about this topic yet.
I have a Feedback-Confiforms that allows Users to give Feedback about all the pages in a space. All pages have little buttons that lead the User to the Feedback-Confiforms page. I want to automatically fill in the page where the user came from into the Confiforms field which asks the user about which page he wants to give me Feedback.
I see two tasks:
I konw this is a lot. I hope it is clear and someone has a great Idea :))
Do you have those buttons created with ConifForms Registrations Control macros? Or those are just links to some other page where the actual form is? Something like this may be - https://wiki.vertuna.com/display/CONFIFORMS/Overriding+defaults+of+ConfiForms+Register+macro
(current page can be extracted from a context via [entry._page])
Thank you. Setting default value is very handy.
The Buttons so far are just links to the page where the form sits.
So I guess there is no way you can extract from the context the information about the page where the user came from, correct?

That is a lot harder, right
Are those just static links? May be you can make a user macro out it and make a link that passes the current page to the page with a form?
Or may be you can, instead of links use the ConfiForms Registrations Control rendered as a link? This is even simpler, as then you can just drop the autopage type field into the form and it will track the "source" for you automatically
