I have installed the free trial of R4J version 3.5.4-1 but I don't get the "Requirements" option in the sidebar on the add-ons page, and hence I cannot make the add-on visible in Jira.

What have I missed?

I'm running Jira Softvare (server) 7.4.4

Regards,

Sara

Hello Sara,

sorry for the late answer. After the installation of the app the "Requirements" tab should appear when the installation was fine. You could check in Manage Add-Ons if all modules of R4J - Requirements Management for Jira are enabled. Please check also the Coverage Services Add-On. Meanwhile newer version may also solve your problem.

If you have further issues with R4J (also in your evaluation phase), please contact our support team: https://easesolutions.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2

Have a great day, Bernhard, ease solutions
