Hi @Pansam Fahsam,

If you have any questions about a Marketplace app or are experiencing bugs you should first figure out what app this is related to. Then you should go to the Marketplace listing of that app and find the support channels provided by the corresponding Marketplace Partner:

HideElements_for_Confluence___Atlassian_Marketplace.pngIf you contact the Marketplace partner responsible for your app they'll likely be able to help you.

thank you for the answer to my question, so if I want to use an app from the marketplace, the only who can help for activating is the app owner?

I'm not really sure what you mean by activating the app, but app vendors are the ones to ask if you have specific questions about their apps, yes.

From your answer I assume that you're not a Confluence administrator on your instance? Apps can only be installed (and sometimes also only configured) by Confluence administrators. So if there's an app on the Marketplace that you need you should talk to one of your administrators.
