On SVN, we have enabled log message editing (to correct a bad Issue reference for example). But when we edit one, Subversion ALM don't re-index old commits message.
Is it possible to re-index a repository after editing a log message? How?

Hi Nicolas,
We have exactly the same need. I opened a ticket on the project SVNALM-150:
https://kintosoft.atlassian.net/projects/SVNALM/issues/SVNALM-150
Not much up to now unfortunately :(

Many tickets are closed as "Won't fix". This is primary the reason why we are not using the plugin anymore...
Some things weren't working as expected, and the reply was "this is ok...".
So, can't really call the tool well supported. I'd suggest looking for alternatives, if w/e you requesting is mission critical.

Hi,
Damien, unfortunately your ticket not exist anymore. Your link comes to a similar ticket marks as resolved with no real resolution...
I'm agree with you, Roman. I just not understand why It's so hard to create a button for doing the same thing than delete and recreate connection to SVN (this action generates a re-index)...

Only the creator of the project knows(hopefully) :)
And if it was an open source project - at least you could've tried making it yourself...
In any case, this tool is not useful to us in its current state, and I have no hope that its state will change much in the upcoming years.
Hence, the suggestion to look elsewhere for other tools.
Best of luck :)

You are right. Unfortunatel, I don't have time to spend on it (even if I wish). Moreover, I don't use Java until a while :)
For traceability, this tool is very usefull for us but I think I will take a look elsewhere too !
Best of luck for you too :)

The ticket is still existing, but the security level is defined as "Reporter and Staff (Only the reporter and Kinto Soft's Staff can view the issue)".
The status is "in progress", but no feedback when asking the progress status :(
Really a pity, since this add-on is very useful and we have several automation based on it completed by the SQL+JQL add-on from the same company
