Unable to setup triggers in Workfront for Jira plugin

Hi,

I have installed the workfront for Jira plugin and now trying to setup triggers. When i type the project name in the trigger nothing comes up. The project very much exists in Jira and has the needed permissions to be visible. Still I am not getting the project name when I type it and hence unable to setup a trigger. Please help

Hi! can you describe workflows, where you want to use triggers ?

Hi,

The triggers i am setting up in the configuration of the "Workfront for Jira" plugin. Not in workflows.
