Use field on screen from transition on Automation for Jira Cloud

Is it possible to use a value from a field requested in a screen during a transition to update a value in another ticket?

Yes should be possible, are you able to tell me the relation ship to the other ticket? Is it a linked issue? A subtask?

I have 3 use cases:

1. Field "X" on Transition Screen on Project "A" updates value of field "X" in ticket in Project "B".

2. Field "X" on transition screen for an Epic in Project "A", updates value of field "X" on all issues that belong to the Epic.

3. Field "X" on transition screen for a Standard Issue Type (Story, Task, etc) in Project "A", updates value of field "X" in all Sub-tasks that belong to the standard issue.
