- Has this worked at some point in the past?
- Are other users being affected by this?

- Is the path /usr/local/confluence/temp/git_source_plugin_cache/2408069952193723251/general-components/ in your Confluence server or inside a remote location?

Also, you could try renaming the file to a name that does not contain multi-byte characters such as 啊.

Hi again!
Since you stated that this feature has worked at some point in the past, we still have some questions:
- Was the plugin recently updated?
- Are you able to rollback to a previous version of the plugin?
- Was there any other change applied to your instance?
In the meantime, would it be possible for you to use filenames without Chinese characters? This would work as a temporary workaround.

1.no, this plugin didn't upgrade since 2018-4
2.since it didn't upgrade, we can't rollback.
3.I'm not sure what change cause this problem.
We are a Chinese company ,so it's necessary for us to use Chinese characters as file name, otherwise we can't find the documents conveniently. So we hope the problem can be solved.
Thanks.

Hello there!
I tried to replicate this behaviour locally but was ultimately unable too. Characters were always shown as expected.
Could you try to run the Encoding Test and send us screenshots of the results:

Further, could you clarify a few points:
- Are you able to create page attachments with names containing Chinese characters?
- Are you able to create files with Chinese characters manually in your server?
