Hi, Ramesh. Which Gantt app are you using?
If it's Structure.Gantt that feature should work as expected and you can contact our support team via support@almworks.com and/or our support portal via https://support.almworks.com. The support team will help you get it sorted.
If it is one of the other Gantt apps, I am sure you can get things sorted out through a a similar process, or on here, once we know which Gantt app you are using.
Best of luck,
-Dave [ALM Works]

Hi, Ramesh. As it turns out, there are a number of Gantt apps for Jira. I am assuming it is not Structure.Gantt? It works with Structure for Jira.
Could it be WBS Gantt? Or, Big Gantt? Or, maybe another?
I am certain anyone of us will be willing to help you, once we know which Gantt application you are using. :)
Best,

Oh... Wait. You must mean this one: Gantt-Chart (I did not realize there was a Gantt product with a hyphen in it's name.
I am sure Frank Polscheit will chime in as soon as he sees this :)

Yes, I mean this one Gantt-Chart .Thanks for mentioning the add on.
We also have another issue for the same app. I am consolidating both issues here and we think that are also bugs in the Add on.
1.When the Gantt Add on builds the Excel export, it doesn't the groupings correctly.
Like a level1 should have grouping of rows 4-42 and level 2 should have 43-47 .
2.In a Jira issue, linking another issue by mentioning has to be done after or has to be done before and the same replicates in the exported excel sheet eventually which should not happen.
Kindly help us @Frank Polscheit
Thanks

Good Day!
This is regarding Gantt-Chart for JIRA add on.
We are using this add on with version 4.3.13-JIRA7
We have 2 issues with this add on.
Issue1:Corruption of issue links:
On one of our projects, When exporting the Gantt Chart as excel sheet with Planned Start and Planned End.
A window popped up with like this and User clicked on it.
Now the exported excel sheet shows with a new column that is with 'has to be done after' / 'has to be done before'. Hence on the jira issues other issues are liked with 'has to be done after' or has to be done before' .Now, user needs to get rid of the issue links with 'has to be done after' or 'has to be done before'. So that when user export excel sheet, he doesn't see columns added for the link types mentioned. User has tested before generating planning dates and after generating planning dates and the excel sheet clearly shows that links of issues are added when generating planning dates.
Issue2:Export of Gantt to Excel is not building rows correctly
When the exported excel sheet show as below example
Level1 should be group with rows 4-42 and Level2 from 43-46, Which is not happening.
Kindly help me on this issues, it will help me greatly in resolving our user issues.
Note:Both issues reported in this mail are not dependent on each other.
Thanks
