Xray not finding Test Run assignee candidates

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
We're having a new problem, since about a week ago? Any Xray changes might've caused this?
When I now try to assign "Test Run assignees," Xray isn't finding any candidates, although the "QA Tester" field, in the main development ticket(s) is being found/assigned.
Might go with the problem of: we're having trouble seeing a filter of test run assignees, too
