add comment to destination issue rather than source issue

I am trying to create the following rule:

When an issue is linked from a project to my service project issue, I want a comment to be automatically added to my service project issue.

However the rule only runs as expected if the issue is linked to the service project issue as one of the following:

blocks
clones
duplicates
causes

Is there a way to set up the rule so the comment will always reach the service project issue regardless of the link type?
