configuring the gantt view

Is there a way to configure what is shown in the actual gantt view ?

E.g. I don't like to see the assignee in it.

You are able to configure the Gantt view columns as following settings.

Cogwheel Icon > Open this Gantt configuration > column > Edit > check in 'Hidden' box on the column which you prefer not to display.

I cannot see the Open this Gantt configuration page. Is there a way to view it?
