Hi,

I'm trying to set this plug-in up, but on import the following error comes up:

com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.MySQLSyntaxErrorException: Too many keys specified; max 64 keys allowed

Are there any specific circumstances that cause this error, or can you provide support or guidelines on how we should configure the application import options?

Are there too many custom fields, and if so is there a limit?

Thanks!

Tom

Hi Tom,

As it was found in e-mail communication, in this case too many custom dimensions were imported.

From performance and usability point it is recommended to import no more than 10 custom field dimensions. If there are different sets of JIRA projects where each use different sets of custom fields, then several eazyBI accounts can be created to import separate sets of projects / custom fields in each eazyBI account.

Kind regards,

Lauma
