user mentions in jira issue comments to trigger ms teams mentions to the user

we use the addon "Jira Server for Microsoft" addon by softserve and are wondering if it will soon / ever be possible to have a user mention in a jira comment  .. trigger the equivalent ms teams mention for that user ( assuming both jira and teams are using the same user AD )
