My company (ADMIX) uses Vertygo and I would like to know how can I renew the support agreement. I also need to know if this support agreement entitles us to new versions of the plugin.

I think you need to contact Valiantys. This is a forum for the users of Atlassian stuff in general, including plugins of course, but licencing commercial plugins is a matter for the vendor.
