Reviews as contest entry?

Is it allowed to ask for positive reviews, and give a reward in return? I just got a mail from Zephyr, asking for a four star review, with the possibility to win a ticket to Atlassian Summit in Barcelona:

To enter to win a FREE PASS to the Atlassian Summit, please follow these two easy steps:

1. Give us a four star review on our Atlassian Marketplace product page*
2. Reply to this email saying "done!"

This feels a bit... yucky to me. I know that other platforms explicitly forbid this (e.g. Facebook likes to be able to enter a contest), but I don't know how strict Atlassian is in this regard.
