SLA PowerBox - export Data to Excel

Hi,

i test SLA PowerBox, excellent plug-in. But how to export data to Excel?

I haven't seen any custom fields and it looks like we don't have an API.

Do you have a solution?

Hi @laumain jerome ,

It depends what data you want to export from SLA PowerBox. Standard features include export basic SLA parameters such as:

• SLA Metric State
• Spent time (human friendly)
• goal type
• remaining time (human friendly)
• deadline

It may look like below:

"state: ON_HOLD, spent time: 33m 19s, goal type: TIME, remaining time: 39h 26m(99%), deadline: 01/05/19 16:01"

You can also export some SLA Dates with extra "SLA Date" field and export SLA Reports to CSV format.

Next major release will bring some changes to exports incluging REST API exports and revised export format.

it doesn't matter, we have a field with a multiple value :).

if we had an API, we could use the right method to take the object.

it's not easy for users to split data automatically.

We previously had another SLA plug-in that give more fields per data. :)

In next major release we'll add more export options including converted (to seconds) values and new export format.

Are there any specific data you need in the export?
