I have a simple calendar custom field that we use to mark tickets that we need to do external actions with every Friday.
The thing is that I want to set up a rule that sends a mail summary every Friday with the issues that have been marked for that day in that custom field.
Is that possible?

So you could configure a rule to run like this:
You can then use smart-values to pull information out of the issues in the e-mail: https://docs.automationforjira.com/working-with-issue-data/smart-values.html
By default, this will send an e-mail per issue, but if you are in server, then you can also send a bulk e-mail, if you select to process issues in bulk in the trigger under 'More options'.
