Dear Sir/Madam,
I am aware that I have to upgrade our current JIRA system (100+ license, VertygoSLA 5.0.1.0) to 5.x version.
As in Atlassian's case, probably there are some issues regarding licensing policies.
My questions are:
What is the newest and more stable VertygoSLA version we can upgrade to?
What is the proper JIRA version for that VertygoSLA one?
Should we pay anything else to download the new VertygoSLA version (we pay the support fees each year)?
Thank you.
Best Regards.
Javier.
Hi,
I'm Romain, the product manager of VertygoSLA. If you have any question on VertygoSLA, you can create a ticket on : http://jira.valiantys.com
(PS : Sorry for the delay !) |
Thank you, Romain.
In the end, I have talked to Valiantys and the problem has been solved.
Please, feel free to close the issue.
Best regards,
Javier.

Thank you, Norman, for your fast answer.
You are right.
In fact, this question was written in Valiantys website, and it sent it to Atlassian Answers website.
I take note of 5.1.8 JIRA version, thank you.
My biggest concern is the additional investment that I should face due to the change of licensing policies.
It is quite difficult to tell to a customer that bought a 100+ license and paid all the maintenance and support fees that he has to pay additional money...
:(
I will keep on knocking on Valiantys sales department door ...
Thank you.

Just based upon the marketplace, 5.1.8 is the latest supported version.
