Asked an admin of my company's private repository to add this plugin, and "Pull Request" shows up properly in the UI, but I've never successfully been able to see the links - I just get the indexing message, which would be fine the first few hours but since it's been a week since we first installed it and I saw the message I wonder if it's a bug.
Happy to help provide details on my end this if it's a bug - what would be the next step I could take to resolve this? I followed the support link from the atlassian marketplace to here, but I'm happy to file a bug elsewhere if it's preferred. Thanks! Our private repository is called 'workspan-network', in case that shows up in any logs on your end.
UPDATE:
It appears it is a bug! We're now getting a more descriptive error message: Server error: OOM command not allowed when used memory > 'maxmemory'.
the message is a step in the right direction - is this community site the right place to file it as an issue? Thanks!
Hi @brendan_dugan,
Is this the app you installed? If so, this app is unsupported and created by Atlassian Labs, meaning that it is unlikely it will be supported or updated in the near future.
I'd recommend you uninstall this app and find something that is supported by a vendor. Here's a query that for other free, supported, bitbucket cloud apps. Hope you can find something to suit your needs.
Cheers,
Ah - thanks for the clarification @Emilee!
Yes that is the app I installed - I came across it because I quite like another Atlassian Labs plugin that has one tiny feature that depends on this. It seems they have tracked a similar issue, although I imagine that is unsupported as well. Helpful to know this plugin is considered unsupported - we'll uninstall this, or simply not rely on it.
Was not able to find an app on the marketplace with the functionality of linking commits to pull requests - but it is not critical to our workflow. I'll check back periodically using the query you provided - that's good to know when evaluating plugins.
Thanks again for following up!

No problem @brendan_dugan and sorry you had this issue with the app. Looking at the issue you linked it looks like the author of the app may be looking into a fix for you. Fingers crossed it gets resolved!
Cheers,
Emilee

Update for posterity: this has been fixed!
From the Bitbucket Linky author's comment:
I've released version 6.0 few hours ago which integrates with the new related PR lookup service which was deployed and rolled out to everyone yesterday. It is now much more reliable and performant in terms of indexing speed (however you still need to kick it off once for a repo).
