Hello,
When using this application we are receiving the survey emails, however the emails are showing as originating from the creator of the ticket. Is there a way to have the survey emails originate from either the person who resolved the ticket, or the default outgoing email address on the mail handler?

Thank you for trying this plugin. We are currently using the reporter's email as the sender address. Your question has been well-noted. We will implement this option in the next version release.
