Sync with JIRA worklog

Hey,

we're using Harvest Plugin for years. However one function is still missing - sychronisation of time stored in Harvest to JIRA worklogs.

That would make things much more easy. By now I check both technically decoupled values an adjust JIRA worklogs manuallly.

Do you have any plans automize or implement a sync?
