Hi,
we noticed that there is an issue with displaying the correct Estimated and Remaining values on the Tempo Project view. Faulty values are being displayed as long as there is no time booked against the ticket but time has already been planned for an employee.
In a specific case we created an issue with the Original Estimate of 4d and planned one employee for this issue with 3.5h per day over a period of 6 days. A tempo account has been assigned in the Tempo Custom Field. Within the ticket everything looks good.
Opening the Tempo project view we can see the ticket but in the coloumns "Estimated" and "Remaining" the value is 192 instead of the expected 32. The Account coloumn displays "null".
As soon as we add a worklog of only 1m the view changes and shows the expected values as well as the Account in the Account coloumn.
Can you please explain this or is it actually a bug?
We are using Jira 5.1.2 and Tempo 7.6.0.1
Thanks,
Joe
Hi Joe
Thanks for reporting this and it sure is a bug. I have created a bug in our tracker that will be fixed in Tempo 7.6.1 to be released early next week
