Clicking the [Get Started] or the [Configure] buttons in the temp add-on management screen results in a 404 error. Therefore, cannot enable tempo for our team.

can you confirm that Tempo and all its System Plugins are enabled. (go to JIRA Administration-> Add-ons, Manage add-ons and see if they are enabled).
In case they are enabled but Tempo is not working, please create an issue in our Tempo support Project (https://tempoplugin.jira.com/browse/JTS). Any additional information is appreciated.

Hi there, I've the same problem: I installed the tempo-plugin using the administration ui of JIRA successfully. Afterwards I tried to access the tempo menuitem "more" of the topic "Portfolios" and received the 404. Oddly enough - if a non-Admin colleague tries to access the same menuitem he is able to display the page. Anyone an idea on this? Thanks!
