Hi.
We need a Tempo report in which we can see in one page the task assignments for every team member(about 25) for this week and next week.
Managers want to see in which tasks are they working this week and in the next one.
Is this possible?
Thanks!!
JP
This is not possible in the current version of Tempo Timesheets, but you can create a feature request in our Atlassian JIRA (https://tempoplugin.jira.com/browse/TT).
You could also try this by using the Excel export and pivot it to show the data you are interested in. See http://blog.tempoplugin.com/2012/pivoting-tempo-and-jira-reports-using-excel/ on how this is done.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
I understand that is is not possible in the current version, but will it be en Tempo 8?
Thanks!

Hi, how do you imagine that you can see what is assigned this week compared to next week?

Thanks Susanne,
I understand that the Calendar view only shows planned time. We would like to have a view in which we can see the issue id or name(not the logged hours) in which a person has logged work, even if it wasn't planned. Because we don't plan everythig but we want to see what everybody is doing even if it was no planned. I know we can do that we the "report view" but It would be great to have somethig like calendar view. Idealy columns: 5 days of the current week. Rows: each teammember, intersections: Issues ids/names the teammember worked that day.
Thanks!

Hi Juan,
It is not possible to export planned time yet, but we are working on it. One possibility to have an overview of planned work, is to plan time in the Team timesheet and use the Calendar view. Here you can see the planned time for a Team member by day and issue. Please take a look at https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TEMPO077/Team+Calendar+View for more information.
Kind regards,
Susanne (Tempo)
