I have a strange situation here. When my organization first started using TestFlo, the test steps would render wiki formatting like {noformat}, {code} and lists within the individual test steps. TestFLO was subsequently moved over along with all existing TestFlow tickets to a new project. Since then, none of the formatting in the test steps is honored.
I'm at the end of my rope with this one. We have a substantial amount of test case templates written with wiki formatting in the steps that are now difficult to read. When I add the Test Case Template ticket type back to the old project, create a TCT and use wiki formatting in the steps, it still renders the formatting correctly. When I create an entirely new project, the formatting is not rendered.
I've gone over and changed every single option I can find and can see no difference regarding the field between the two projects.
Has anyone run into this? Is this even supposed to work at all? I can't find any documentation on text renderers in this custom field type and there's no option to set one. I just have proof that it CAN work but cannot figure out how to get it working again.
Hello Garrett,
Just ran into this question. What is the version of TestFLO that you use? Do those two projects use the same custom field for steps?
You can also create a support ticket at https://intenso.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1. We will be more than happy to help you.
Kind regards,
Marcin
