Text Gadget for Anonymous View

Is it possible to have the text gadget viewable to a user who is not logged in? The dashboard is already available as it is shared with everyone and I have adjusted permission settings. But when I load the dashboard without being logged in the text gadget does not appear.

I'm looking for the same thing, the Text Gadget is skipped in the Wallboard for anonymous users.
