The 'Tableenhancer for Confluence' app is disabled after updating to v3.1.6

After updating to 3.1.6, the app became disabled.  On attempts to re-enable it the following error is displayed;

'This app failed to enable. Refer to the logs for more information.'
On review of the server logs in the web gui; Troubleshooting and support tools, on review of the 'Log analyzer' it does not describe any errors for this app.

We have the same problem, version 3.1.6.

"This add-on failed to enable. Refer to the logs for more information"

And we also didn't found a log for this problem so far.
