I have finally found which plugin you are talking about in the label addon-com.atlassian.confluence.extra.rsvp, it was tricky. Have you tried it to install at Confluence 4.1.4? May be the version compatibility state (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.confluence.extra.rsvp) is mispelled as there is no 4.1.1 version at archives http://www.atlassian.com/software/confluence/download-archives at all but there is 4.1.10.
