[Toolkit] Add a message custom field to the "create issue" page

Hi,

I want to add an information message on the creation page.

It seems perfect for my need but i can't implement that on the creation page...

Is there a way to do what i want ?

In your screen schemes, add the custom field in the screen you are using for the "Create Issue" operation. Make sure your custom field's configuration includes the issue type you are trying to configure with and that the custom field is not hidden in the "Field configuration you are using.
