Hello,

I have a licensed Outlook integration for JIRA.

From Internet explorer (all proxy settings off) I can login into my JIRA instance.

From Outlook I get "Login Failed. Service Unavailable."

How can I fix this?

Since v1.6.0 the SOAP / XML-RPC API is obsolete, the REST-API will be used from now on. Thus the solution only applies to versions prior 1.6.0

Could you please check if the Remote API is enabled in Jira?

Furthermore you can try to use a FQDN or IP address in the connections settings. Also make sure you use the correct protocol (http, https) and the port (8080) if required.
