Unable to hide/show custom fields using the DynamicForms plugin?

I am following the instructions located at this link: http://plugins.intenso.pl/display/PLUG/Dynamic+Forms#DynamicForms-Cascadingselectstatistics, however it does not say HOW to hide/show related fields based on a dynamic select. I have been unable to figure this out, sorry if it is simple but can anyone explain how to accomplish this?

Hello,

The first screenshot in documentation shows that there is a link "Related fields" for each DynamicSelect option. If you go there you should be able to choose related field that should appear for given DynamicSelect option. On the screenshot we see that "Positive" value/option has three related fields "Performance", "Quality", "When" that will appear when "Positive" is selected on your edit/create issue screen.
