Unable to link existing LaunchDarkly feature flag to issue

Pre-req:

• Have existing LaunchDarkly account
• Add LaunchDarkly app and integrate account with JIRA cloud

Steps - 

1. On the Issue pane, in the Release section, click on Add feature flag
2. Select Connect feature flag
3. When LaunchDarkly pops up, select appropriate Project and Flag to connect JIRA issue to and Save

Navigate back to Issue - the feature flag is not shown

Does anyone know how I can get this to work?

I had this same issue and what fixed it for me was typing the Jira key in caps instead of lowercase. Once I did this, the two were properly linked.

hey i know this is an old thread, but i'm having the same issue. everything on LD's side works great, but the link never shows up in the jira ticket
