Unable to see office plugin

Hello, I would like to be able to edit documents in word and have the latest version uploaded to confluence pages. How do I do this? Also, does this functionality work with PPT and Excel as well?

Note: If you're on Confluence 4.0 and later, Edit Page in Word feature has been removed as mentioned here: http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONF40/Confluence+4.0+Release+Notes#Confluence40ReleaseNotes-ReleaseNotices.
