Upgrading Zephyr to 25 licenses - License Key Invalid

We just upgraded our JIRA license to 25 users and found that Zephyr had to be upgraded to 25 as well. I purchased a new license key for 25 licenses, but when I go to copy and paste it into the Zephyr license information in JIRA - I get this error:

"LicenseKey is Invalid. Please verify and re-enter correct LicenseKey!"

Any ideas?

Hi Amanda,

Zephyr support is here as well!

1. Lucas, currently Zephyr for JIRA isn't supported On-Demand, so this isn't the issue.

2. Amanda, there are two non-exchanable locations to put licenses for Zephyr for JIRA. The correct location depends on where you got the license. It either comes from Atlassian or it comes from Zephyr. If you put it in the wrong location, the plugin won't turn on. Check out these instructions where to put the license and let us know how it works.

You'll need to contact the Zephyr support to check this out. By the way, are you using OnDemand? If it is the case, you may need a specific OnDemand license for using Zephyr
