Use traceability to find linkless Requirements and Test Cases?

Is is somehow possible to find 'useless' test cases and requirements in the traceability table provided by SynapseRT, ie test cases without children that have no issue links to requirements, and requirements that have no issue links to test cases? Something to highlight the rows that matches the given condition?

Hi Christiaan, 

I invite you to take a look at our new plugin Impact for JIRA (bit.ly/1tYPzxu) which allows to display traceability between issues in a multi level tree viewer. From there you can see when requirements are without test cases. We are working on options to display issues without siblings.
