UseTFS doesn't turn up in Add-on search results within Jira administration page

I am trying to install the UseTFS add-on from within JIRA Admin interface, but the search term "UseTFS" doesn't turn up anything.  I've included the JIRA instance version information below. Is our system not compatible? Thank you in advance...

Maybe Atlassian support could help with that. I can only recommend manual installation of JAR file instead.
