Using JIRA Misc Custom Field(JMCF) to calculate number of times a bug reopened,who opened it& when

Hi,

I want to use JMCF but I don't know the right formula to use in order to get the following:

-How many times Bugs (in certain project) were reopened and by whom and when was that occurred.

I work as Scrum Master and I don't have any programming background but we need this as statistics in our projects, so if you could give me details on how to mention the formula that would be appreciated.

 We are using JIRA Server
