My organization needs to have a clean up of portal customers and understanding access. I understand it permission schemes and other things as well in JIRA but we need a clean up within JIRA in terms of customers, permissions, and schemes, etc. Is there anyone you recommend for this type of work? The link is very good and I am looking into it.
