Hi Steve,
The answer is no, but you might want to keep an eye on this feature request - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-14249. Hope that could be of some help!

We now have a dedicated accessibility team at Atlassian, and we are ramping up our efforts to align to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA. All our VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) documents are audited against the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines (which complies with Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act). You can read our commitment to accessibility and access the VPAT documents on the Atlassian Accessibility page.

Hello @Rebecca Topps
Thank you for your answer on this. I am glad to know that someone in Atlassian is working on this important issue.
We have a customer request to ask what plans are in place to improve the tools in regards to accessibility? Particularly what plans are currently on the roadmap.
Do you have any improvements in accessibility scheduled for future Atlassian releases? Where is accessibility improvements are on the Roadmap?
It would be great if you can give us an update.
