What does it mean when an Issue won't load for edit

Starting this morning, when I view and Issue and then click the EDIT button the editing modal never loads. Any ideas?

Enable Safe Mode and check whether any of the plugins is causing an exception. Also check what the logs say.

That did it. Thanks. Problem was in one of the plugins.
