The user starts work on issue A. Then, if the user forgets to stop the work on A before starting work on B, both times continue running in parallel. Is it possible to automatically STOP all work on other issues, and only start the current issue? Thanks.
Hey there, Alan.
I noticed that it has been a while since you received any response here. Therefore, I would recommend you to contact the plugin vendor to get your query answered.
Hope this helps and good luck.
Hi Alan,
Currenlty it is not possible but we have this requirement on our roadmap as few other customers asked for that.
Please watch the add-on to be notified about new versions: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.gebsun.plugins.jira.startwork
Thanks,
Gebsun

That feature will be added quite soon but in the meantime you may like the list of active issues added in version 2.1.
Simply go your profile page, select "Active Issues" subpage and see all the issues with started timer.

Gebsun
