Why Zen Foundation doesn't render custom JavaScript when accessing the page anonymously?

I have custome JS in my page and its working perfectly while logged in, but when accessing anonymously the js doesn't load. Any thoughts?

This is due to a bug in the JavaScript in Zen running on the login page. This is fixed and will be in release 5.3

there are several java script files y will create a ticket and attach the whole brand
