Why do I have duplicate warning?

When I click the Create Page Tree button in the Confluence ribbon (the one next to the confluence create button

Then select my template from the Global option and click PTC Create button

Then click Create Page button I get an error

Invalid Input

The following errors occurred:

• Duplicated page titles

But I cannot determine what is duplicate

My only guess is that the PTC Template Space itself has these pages names in the template and that creating the new page does not rename the pages to a 'unique' page.  If that is true how do I rename the pages in the new when I am creating a new page tree?

This issue was fixed in latest version.  But before that the solution was to purge all of the pages you wanted to re-use the title for from the Space Tools > Content Tools > Trash tab.
