XRAY - Feasibility of Automation and Automated Test workflow

We are using XRAY for creating manual tests in JIRA. We follow a process where we assess the feasibility of automation of these manual tests and report this count to the management.  What shall be the best way to capture this in XRAY ? 

Also, for the tests whose feasibility of automation is captured as "Yes", we want to create a workflow which maintains their status as "Open", "In Progress" and "Complete".

What is the best way to add these 2 features in an integrated fashion so that automation workflow is applicable for tests only where feasibility is "Yes"
