Hi everyone
How can I use the Xray Test Runs List Gadget in Confluence?
According to the Release Notes, this should be possible:
"The Test Runs List gadget will provide the ability to include Test Runs in your JIRA dashboards and in your Confluence pages."
Hi Aleksandar,
Please follow there steps:
* sbuscribe to all JIRA gadgets from the Confluence side (you may follow the first point of [https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf57/registering-external-gadgets-701435565.html] ) . For this, you just need to put JIRA's base url and confluence will autobuild the feed url for you
* you may see a notification in the upper right side corner, telling you to authenticate instances.. just do it
* you may then add the gadget, by going into insert ("+" sign), other macros and search for example for "overall"
You can also provision gadgets one by one and using the XML url of each gadget. You shouldn't need this but nevertheless I share the details with you.
If your JIRA base URL is [http://192.168.56.101,|http://192.168.56.101%2C/] then the feed URL may be something like [http://192.168.56.101/rest/gadgets/1.0/g/feed] . You can then see the XML urls for each gadget.
One thing that you can also try is editing the page and write the wiki markup for the gadget directly.
For this you would write something like this in your page:
{noformat}
{gadget:url=http://192.168.56.101/rest/gadgets/1.0/g/com.xpandit.plugins.xray:overall-requirement-covereage-gadget/gadgets/overall-requirement-coverage/overall-requirement-coverage-gadget.xml|width=600}{noformat}
if you then click on edit for the gadget, it will ask once again for authentication and then you're able to edit.
There are some topics about these kind of issues in Atlassian answers; these kind of provisioning sometimes has some troubles.
Note: use IP's instead of names whenever you create the application links; that can also overcome some issues.

Diamantino Campos
Hi,
After inserting the gadget in a Confluence page.
Confluence tries to open "http://confluence-base-url/..." not "http://jira-base-url/...", when I click a run in the Run List of confluence.
How to fix this problem?
Regards,
Terry
