Could you explain the question please? It's only half a sentence at the moment, and there's no way of knowing if you want to delete screens, worklogs, or something else.

Ah, ok, that edit makes it clear.

No, it's a fixed screen - the whole point of the worklog screen is that it is there to log work, and all the fields are important to that.

(Of course, there's always coding...)

No, the fields on this screen are fixed in the code - you can not change them with settings.

You need to amend code if you want to change this.
