Zephyr billing to restrict to only testers

Hello,

I have 32 users (POs, Dev and QA) on Jira cloud. Only 7/32 are testers, hence i need to restrict zephyr billing to only 7 active users instead of getting billed for 32 users.

Kindly suggest.

Hi Surbhi,

By the Atlassian’s licensing policy, to purchase any App – you will have to match the Jira license count and hence will have to buy it for all the users irrespective to the adoption.
