Zephyr for JIRA cloud steps are not loading across all members with access as of today.

Zephyr on our JIRA Cloud instance has stopped working for all members using it. The steps don't load at all and eventually crash the browser. Is there a known issues with this?

Hi James,

I was using the Zephyr in the past and don't face this type of issue. I guess it's instance specific issue and you can contact the zephyr support for further help.

Currently, we are using QMetry for Jira which provides the inbuilt Zephyr to QMetry for Jira migration functionality along with an end to end test management capabilities.
